Ingredients for Chocolate Oatmeal Pancakes

  • 5 tablespoons of oats, soaked in a little water
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 chicken egg
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • Various decorative fruits
  • 1/4 scoop whey protein

How to make chocolate oatmeal pancakes?

1. Soak oats in a little water to puff up.    

2. Mix bananas and eggs in a blender. Blend until well blended. Or if you don’t have a blender, you can mash with a fork.    

3. Separate the mixture into 5 parts. Mix half with cocoa powder and blend the other half with spinach.     4. Spray with olive oil and use a paper towel to wipe the oil all over the pan. Use very low heat or it will burn.    

5. When the pancakes have bubbles on top, flip them over. When cooked, scoop and serve.
